There is increasing evidence the Democratic Party is about to crack. The regular Democrats are becoming more and more uncomfortable with the Regressive Wing of the party. Polls are making them wince. Union regulars are beginning to grumble. The lawyers are beginning to question. Independents are growing steadily louder. There is real fear out there among the rank-n-file. They are finding fewer places to go and meet with supporters as the public becomes defiant.

They may be able to hold it together for the healthcare vote. But the cracks are there. The vase has been dropped and spiderlines of differences are there. One crisis and the party will break into two.

Just watch and smile.

So all the adolescents (mentally speaking, regardless of chronological age) get to act out their fantasies thinking that someone else is paying for it all.

Correction: not “thinking” just being driven by their gonads and hormones with no consideration of the next morning or long-term consequences (starting 9 months later).

And we’ve got some 535 of these adolescents in Congress – minus the few sensible adults among them who get drowned out.

Some day daddy is going to take the T-bird away, though “daddy” may turn out to be China or a nuclear attack.

Baucus said, “It’s clear to me we’re going to get it passed,” although he sidestepped a question about possible Republican support. Olympia Snowe of Maine is the only GOP senator whose vote is in doubt, and she has yet to tip her hand. Rush and this article http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=33740&s=rcmp says Congress and Obamarx are going to pass the Healthcare bill as an amendment to the “stop those bonuses and income to those greedy selfish Wall St. suits.” (probably the Tarp bill or even another) so that people will say yeah we need to stop those rich people.

This way no one will even be concentrating on the healthcare as having been snuck in.

Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama and these back stabbing Dems (hopefully only Dems) are traitors. They work for us yet do not do what we want.

Rush says Obamarx will use Afghanistan to get his far left Reps to “compromise” and take our the Public Option.

Take out the Public Option and we’ll abandon Afghanistan. The really bad part is a CO-OP or any compromise program or exchange they put into place IS THE SAME AS A PUBLIC OPTION.

If this happens, if they get healthcare reform, it is over for the Republican Party.

How do you take back an entitlement program that will have gained enormous amounts of constituents?

and TODAY the Senate voted against making sure illegals wouldn’t be covered and that abortions wouldn’t be paid for through it.

Since when can you trust ANYTHING out of the majority of the elite in Washington? The majority, including many R’s, will only get caught with the full truth if it’s by mistake, and then they’ll deny they ever got caught near the truth.
The black hole of ethics is point 1 of the problem. The ideology that gets caught up in that vacuum is the nitro to the glycerin. That body better be IDed by a trusted source, and that source does not exist in the beltway. And a second bullet for good measure may still be required.

He says they are going to work through a loophole that will put the Healthcare bill on an attachment to the bill that is sitting in the Senate that the House already voted on which limits what business executives make. It had something to do with 2 separate bills out of the Senate and then riding on the already voted House bill..then re-consideration and BOOM the bill is through for Obama to sign!

The single-minded, arrogant zealotry of Big BRObama, Reid, Pelosi, and the other Dems want us to keep hearing how the bill cannot pass.

I do not trust one thing about this: Why trust Dems who say that the votes are not there, that there are too many divisions, that the Senate will “never” accept this and that, etc.

And yet – inexorably -the bill (the version is irrelevant) – gets another step closer to being passed, despite all the D.O.A. predictions!

Our job: keep the heat on for 3 years to defeat as many Dems as possible in 2010 and 2012 and undo as much of this disaster as possible.
