The federal government has ZERO Constitutional authority to take over health care. Will anyone in the GOP bring this up?

Will Red states roll over and accept the imposition of socialism?
Will taxpayers accept their indentured servitude?
Will talk of secession increase?
Will 10th Amendment challenges to federal overreach happen?

I will find a way to not participate in this crap. Not sure what it is just yet.

–How will insurance companies be able to accept patients with preexisting conditions, cover all types of preventive procedures, put no caps on how much they pay out on policies (all admirable goals, by the way) without a massive increase in premiums. I mean, would Geico be able to save you that pile of money with the googley eyes if you could call them and get a policy after you’ve already wrecked your car and they had to cover oil changes.

–How he can condone calling people who oppose his policies on principle extremists, Nazis, un-American, and worse and the expect us to be happy that he’s going to be chatting with our children during school.

–If he truly believes that if he keeps repeating the same lies over and over again that people will believe them.

To me the whole purpose of Obama’s speech was to assert his arrogant dictatorial ambition, reinforcing his willingness to abuse his power (by using the bully pulpit to attack his critics and give a speech that was almost literally nothing but lies) and make the bill seem inevitable.

Did he forget that he wasn’t talking to the school children? This sounds like something you’d tell your kids. Obama just can’t get over the fact that he thinks we’re a bunch of children that need to be lectured and we should just do what he says, because I said so.

Personally, I don’t think a lot of adults are going to respond in the way he wants when he talks down to them like this. It’ll likely only solidify their resistance to what he wants to accomplish.

I find it incredulous that this administration and congress are on the verge of passing the biggest boondoggles (H.R. 3200) in America’s history.

Where in the Constitution is the right to health insurance guarenteed?
What part of the Constitution gives this President or the Congress the right to enact and enforce this kind of law?

I know you are trying your best, however, it seems there are those in the Republican party, that all they want is power and more power.

H.R. 3200 must be stopped, if passed you doom generations of Americans, our children and our childrens children to a fate of socialised medicine and only continue the march towards socialism this country is on.
