When former Senate Majority Leader Daschle writes a Wall Street Journal op-ed with the following sentence, after both former President Clinton and former Vice President Gore gave major speeches with the same message, it must be a real concern of the Democratic establishment:

The choice between complete legislative failure and majority rule should not pose a dilemma for any Democratic senator.
