Of course, this joker terrorist is going to use this as a forum to torment victims families, and have ACLU lawyers arguing he should be released because he was tortured and any information he gave during that should be thrown out. The terrorists hate our way of life, but have no trouble using our own system against us. Because of idiots that think Americans and the United States America as a nation should apologize for our way of life, views, and George W. Bush to the world because we are so terrible, arrogant, or just the world thinks that we are mostly rednecks, with a few educated elites. Whatever.

While I don’t think GW was right on many things–his view of terrorism and system that was put in place, was the right thing to do, and still is the right thing to do.

Why is Eric Holder so quick to call America a “nation of cowards”, and so sympathetic to terrorists, is a total mystery to me. All of what George W. Bush and Dick Cheney put in place to gather intel and keep us safe has been undone. I think is sucks that Washington Liberal “do gooders” are gambling with my life and I get absolutely no say so.

I used to love to play immunity with union activists and stewards. You’d haul them in over something and they start yelling about wanting their union rep and refusing to talk until they got a BA. So, I’d just immunized them and then compel them to answer my questions without a union rep in the room. If you got lucky they’d refuse to answer anyway, so you just fired them for insubordination.

Anybody with a brain that has dealt with due process cases knows that it is impossible to put the toothpaste back in the tube. You make an irrevocable decision when you determine the level of Constitutional and administrative process required. These guys were not “processed” as civilians entitled to US Constitutional protections; Holder et al. know that and that is why they’re putting them on trial in civilian court; they WANT the dismissal and the Blame Bush Moment.

That this whole circus is being conducted this way to damn the Bush Administration through the testimony of KSM instead of through the DOJ going after the CIA and any others connected to interrogation techniques. That way they can say they didn’t start it, it was all a legitimate bit of fallout from the trial of this thug.
