The bunker is believed to be the secure, undisclosed location former Vice President Dick Cheney remained under protection in secret after the 9/11 attacks.

According to [Eleanor] Clift’s report on the Newsweek blog, Biden “said a young naval officer giving him a tour of the residence showed him the hideaway, which is behind a massive steel door secured by an elaborate lock with a narrow connecting hallway lined with shelves filled with communications equipment.”
Clift continued: “The officer explained that when Cheney was in lock down, this was where his most trusted aides were stationed, an image that Biden conveyed in a way that suggested we shouldn’t be surprised that the policies that emerged were off the wall.”

Obama fits that pattern to a “T”; he’s tall, good-looking, has “executive hair” and fashion sense, went to the right colleges, provides a data point on someone’s affirmative-action chart, and is arrogant beyond beleif. The fact that he’s never actually DONE anything fits in, though I’ve never really been sure if that’s a side-effect of the other traits or is something else that’s actually needed to get into “the club”.
So, the answer to your question is, “Yes, he would”. When questioned by the Little People about his mentally stunted understudy, he’d just intone the magic phrase “you don’t understand the Big Picture”, and that would be the end of it. If anyone were to press the issue, they’d be sacked for creating a hostile work environment. And the board, all of whom have HIM sitting on THIER boards, would simply rubber stamp anything he had to say.
