Right out of the gate, Brocko Bama gives political correctness the kibosh!

He makes fun of Nancy Reagan and then phones her to apologize. The he compares himself to my dog!

‘Our preference is to get a shelter dog, but most shelter dogs are mutts like me.’

My dog is still waiting by the phone for a call from Chicago. I’ll let you know what hapens.

This is kinda open-thread stuff. Humor blogs are great, but if you’re going to knock worthy blogs off the “recent” list, at least put some effort into them.

With it being so close to veterans day

He could have encouraged American children to adopt a K-9 Unit as a Christmas project or encourage donations to Guide Dogs while he is going to spend so much time talking in a news release about a dog! Or give some kind of reminder about animals in shelters that need food, toys and blankets or towels. He could have spent 30 seconds and used the media craze over his soon to be pet to encourage donations.

Seriously, such kind of posts helps me a lot in accepting our losses. It kinda:

  1. makes me carefree again,
  2. removes my sense of elitism, and
  3. ready to waste myself for the battle ahead.

It’s therapeutic, Randy.

It may easily be booted out of the Recent Lists but I’m sure that Charlie can also quickly make another one.

In short, Charlie’s post is not really that bad.
