Myth: Obama would cut taxes…

... for 95% of Omericans

If Sarah Palin reads the Wall Street Journal, she probably saw this article.

Someone needs to answer (and disprove) Brocko Bama’s claim that 95% of Omericans will receive a tac cut if he is elected president. Using the data published in the Journal’s article, the numbers don’t add-up. Nearly 50% of people pay no income taxes, so how can they recieve a cut?

Barack Obama says he’s going to cut taxes for those at the bottom, but that’s also going to be a challenge because Americans with an income below the median paid a record low 2.9% of all income taxes, while the top 50% paid 97.1%. Perhaps he thinks half the country should pay all the taxes to support the other half.

After so many times we've heard Obama changing his positions

in almost all issues,

CAN WE STILL HAVE THE REASON IN BELIEVING ANYTHING THAT HE HAS PROMISED?

For me, it’s a big NO.

He will surely raise taxes to ensure to provide financing of his corrupt socialist programs.

America Wake Up!!!!

Besides the fact that 95% of the people don't pay income taxes

there is also the issue of how many Democrats actually cut taxes?

Clinton? Raised them despite trying really hard.

Carter? Raised them, despite the economy in the toilet.

Johnson? Raised them, he ended poverty didn’t you hear?

I think most Americans are or can be easily persuaded to be skeptical of a liberal democrat nominee actually lowering taxes.

Can Barack give even one example of where he tried to lower taxes?

My rules of the road for primary season.
Rule #1: Vote for YOUR first choice in the primaries
Rule #2: Vote for the R in the general.
Rule #3: Don’t let anyone convince you to violate Rule #1 or Rule #2
Rule #4: When in a center-right argument, reaffirm Rules #1-#3–it will help us all to get along better.
Rule #5: If you are using the language of the left, you probably aren’t furthering conservativism
Rule #6: The priority is issues first, candidates second, and supporters third. Nobody is bigger than the issues. Conversely, if you spend your time focusing on supporters, you are wasting everyone’s time.

STOP THE MADNESS!

A reduction in the rate of spending increases is NOT a cut!
In-state tuition for illegals is NOT amnesty!
Requiring someone to pay their medical bills is NOT an individual mandate!
Reducing tax rates is NOT a tax increase!

It would be silly to trust Obama’s words.

He’s a Liar!!!

We have to discredit Obama on taxes

Freedoms Truth (Diary) Sunday, October 5th at 1:57PM EST (link)

If Obama is not exposed on taxes, he wins.

If Obama is exposed on taxes, McCain wins.

It needs to be something like this:

Barack Obama in the past year has proposed increasing the payroll tax on workers, raising capital gains tax from 15% to 25%, and increasing the death tax. He voted almost 100 times for higher taxes in just four years in Congress, and his running mate Senator Biden openly advocated raising middle-class taxes to pay for increased Government spending.

Now Obama proposes increasing Government welfare payments for those who dont pay taxes (via a ‘refundable tax credit’), hiking income tax rates on those who already pay close to 40% of collected income taxes, yet calls this socialistic redistribution of wealth a ‘middle-class tax cut’. What a farce.

Candidate Obama wraps the tax plans of Mondale in the rhetoric of a Reagan. It adds up to the dishonesty of Clinton and economic program of Hoover. Despite the stiff competition, Obama will be our next Worst President Ever.
