Rasmussen has Obama up 5 nationally, and the day-to-day breakdowns hint at a growing lead. He also has Obama up 7 in Colorado, which is a must-win state for McCain. Not to mention leads of 6 in Missouri and 5 in Nevada…again, all must wins for McCain.

Even the IBD/TIPP poll, which has a very fair Rep/Dem partisan breakdown, shows the race blowing open for Obama, and they were the best in 04.

We have to face facts. The public has made up it’s collective mind and Obama is the next President. Why?…who knows, but maybe the guy really is the Messiah, some supernatural political force who cannot be hurt by any issue or scandal.

If an average working guy like Joe the plumber can’t dent Obama’s armor, and saying he wants to “spread the wealth” around doesn’t dent Obama’s armor, an the ACORN voter fraud scandal can’t dent his armor, then the guy is bulletproof.
