This is an open letter to Congressmen and Senators:

We are in trying times, but not unprecedented times economically. America has survived economically challenges before, such as the Carter administration. However, we have done our best when government did not interfere (the depression in the 1920’s) in the economy. We have done our worst when government did interfere (see the mess FDR made of the Great Depression, that only came to an end with World War II). My fear is that we are headed down the same path FDR did only with more government interference, without constitutional authority.

The President of the United States of America is impeachable for the following under the Constitution, “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors”. Why is this relevant? Because there is no clearly established category of offenses for impeachment, or as former House Minority Leader Gerald Ford said, “whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history”. Ladies and gentlemen, we are at that given point in history.

Let us review the facts in this matter:

The President is guilty of negating each American’s sovereignty as individuals and each states sovereignty by taking bailout money from congress and distributing it without clear guidelines or legal authority.

The President is guilty of providing aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war. He gave TARP money to AIG, a known Sharia Compliant Finance company. In giving said money, over two percent of it finds its way into the hands of the designated Imam’s who then distribute said money to organizations on the Terror Watch List. These funds find their way into the hands of groups like Hamas and the Taliban.
The President is guilty of treason. Treason is defined as being disloyal to your country, your nation, or your nations sovereignty. Obama is using Congressman Ellison to thin out the applicants, clearly defined Muslim applicants, for cabinet positions. Congressman Ellison recently completed “the Hajj, the pilgrimage to Mecca that is one of the five pillars of Islam” per www.jihadwatch.org. The trip was paid for by the Muslim American Society. The Muslim American Society is also known as the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood says the brotherhood, “must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.” This alone should stand as reason to impeach President Obama.

 

You may add to this the GIVE act which passed both houses, and now sits on the President’s desk. This act is in direct violation of the 13th Amendment: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

When elected, you took an oath of office, an affirmation of your patriotic promise to defend the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic. It is your duty as an American to stand up and call for articles of impeachment to be introduced against the President, in order to protect America. It is imperative that this occur to protect our nation.
