Chemical Sam (Diary) Wednesday, June 10th at 8:43PM EST (link)seeing as they’re about five miles away from where I live, and I know one of the sponsor guys there. He’s a bit of a lefty, so, what the hell! I don’t typically do this sort of thing. It can get out of control.
For instance, I liked the Howard Stern show. I think he was greatly abused by a very samll number of people generating paperwork en masse to the FCC. The FCC was all to enabling to this group by counting each copy of a letter as one event, which is absurd. All these people had to do was tune him out on the radio dial. I’ll do this much, I’ll call the local biz, give them an earful, follow it up with one e-mail and call it a day.
I’ll do it because Mr. Letterman has been downright slanderous to Ms. Palin, in what can only be construed as an attempt to ensure that she remains demonized in the minds of the populace. That her daughter has twice become a target in as many days is pathetic, even for Letterman. I stopped watching him years ago, when he flagrantly revealed his bias. Seeing what he did reminded me of why even Leno began to beat him.
Criterion Chemical was in the black for FY2010!
Not bad considering the forces arrayed against small business these days.

John Franklyn Mars is the company Chairman.So if you FedEx letters to him, the CEO, the CFO, the CIO, etc. the letter will bypass the mail room and go directly to them (or at least their admins). So if you are willing to spend the money, it might be a better way to get your letter to the corp. executives. I put their McLean address below. When you call they will try to direct you to consumer affairs and give you some 1-800 number. The point on the number below is that it connects you directly to the executives.
Personally I will not be buying any of their following products: 3 Musketeers, Combos, Dove chocolate, Kudos, Mars Bar, Milky Way, Skittles, Snickers, Starburst, Twix, and Whiscas cat food.
