More Dems Question Obama’s Readiness

Senator McCain’s presidential campaign released a web video, entitled “Remote Control.” The video features more Democrats, questioning Obama’s ability to lead.

Simply devastating.

Keep it up Senator McCain.

Obama is a very dangerous empty suit. The point can’t be driven home enough times.

Terrific

Let’s just hope McCain’s campaign is starting small.

The best ad yet

OMG. This is the best ad I have seen yet. I was glued to the screen for the entire 1-1/2 minutes. Brilliant. If McCain started running these ads now, Obama would be down in the 30s by Sunday night.

Brutal!

Pretty devastating. From the mouths of Dems . . .comes the truth. And not from some fringe congressman or RINO mayor / governor, but from their leadership.
Their guy is not ready and they know it.

That’s some powerful shiite.

Seriously. I’ve never been a McCain guy (though I’ve always backed him v. Obama) but the recent ad campaign with Ayers and the events surrounding Russia’s sudden re-emergence on the military scene have me legitimately worried about an Obama White House.

This ad is POWERFUL.

Run this. In every battleground state. Please.

After McCain announces his VEEP pick and I’m sure it’s not a baby killer I would respond to an appeal for cash to help FUND this ad and I have never given to a POTUS candidate before in my life (always give locally).

Ohio - Saturation by AgitProp

Strelnikov (Diary) Thursday, August 28th at 1:39PM EST (link)

The TV is overflowing with ads from both sides in Ohio right now. Sometimes we have seen the Obama “Ayers is okay and irrelevant ad” immediately followed by the pro-McCain “Ayers is very relevant and should disqualify Obama” ad.

Being as unbiased as possible, I would say the pro-Obama ad is too similar to the Wizard of Oz and Toto’s revelation: “Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!” Simply saying that Ayers is a 1960′s distraction, when Obama was 8, and therefore irrelevant, does not answer the direct objections in the pro-McCain ad.

Helping McCain today should be the news just released on Drudge: the economy is still growing at 3.3% better than expected. This should help counter the one Obama ad – complete with a glum married couple on a front “stoop” who are trying their best to make us believe it is 1933 – that says McCain is out of touch with the harsh economic realities of today with massive 5%+ (???) unemployment (economists will tell you that at any given time c. 3% of a population is unemployed of their own free will while they search for better jobs)and massive numbers of people being thrown out of their homes by the mortgage meltdown (less than 1% of all mortgages, if I recall the figures correctly, i.e. not massive at all).

tomight. I love to forward these ads. Obama may have risen in the polls but the campaign is scrambling. They need a shovel to cover up all the crap that coming out.

Still waiting for the big one to drop,I feel it coming.

I don't think a payloader would be sufficient to cover all of that up.

Maybe that’s part of his “green collar jobs” solution. We could turn the Arizona desert into a deep loamy soil with all the crap coming out their pie holes.

The best thing about the GOP convention

is that McCain has time to set the record straight by virtue of all the speakers before him and then again in his speech. Slam dunk.

friend was encouraging. He is one of those people who occasionally sends scathingly liberal anti-Bush and anti-McCain forwards despite knowing my intense personal feelings about both abortion and OIF. He voted for Obama in the primary.

Today he sent me words to the effect that neither party’s nominee is acceptable. I presume that he will still vote for Obama, but the wind is definitely out of his sails.

(And how can I remain friends with someone who would be so inconsiderate in his correspondence? Well, he is a childhood friend, and his liberalism definitely stems from a messy upbringing. It would take a lot more than a few e-mails for me to throw him under the bus.)
