Did she forget Pete Starke, or Harry Reid when they repeatedly called Pres. Bush a “liar” and “loser”? How about when Democrats booed him during his speech to them?

I agree about Politicians not being the best thing about our country. it reminds me of a sign I saw from the Tea Party..it said “politicians and diapers should be changed often, and for the same reason”.

Many folks that I know are not happy with Pres. Obama. Even some of my die hard, liberal friends have no response to the Acorn scandal, or the Van Jones scandal, or to the effects that these insane userpations of our liberties that liberals call bills, will have on our lives and our economies.
they’re pretty quiet right now and that’s too bad. I encourage discourse, not diatribe among my friends.
we need a way OUT of this situation that is equitable for both sides.
sadly, Liberals have been taken over by the socialist party and conservatives? well, there’s no way we’re going to take that route.
So, we’re left with the ugly job of rooting out the corruption, no matter where it lays on either side of the aisle and we have to take the liberals with us, kicking and screaming all the way.

The best part about America? that would be those 2 young folks who dared to expose Acorn.
That would be all the folks who went to Washington with great placards explaining their position.
That would be all the Americans who argue back and forth like the big family we are so that we can find a way out of this morass as free Americans, not subjects chained to will of the Washington power mongers.
But like I told my nephew, who is in Afghanistan right now…don’t pat yourself on the back, the only easy day was yesterday.

ACORN gets caught (thinking they are) aiding and abetting child prostitution

The Senate votes to defund ACORN

Obama delivers an highly anticipated make or break speech on healthcare and within days opposition to his plan reaches a new high.

Obama gets exposed as a liar.

The GOP finds another leader who immediately raises $2 million.

The White House suddenly insists that Obamacare explicitly forbid abortion funding and treatment for illegal aliens.

(Up to) 2 million people protest Obama’s agenda in our nation’s capital while many others (thousands? millions?) meet for other 9/12 gatherings across the nation.

Snowe comes back to our side.

Baucus can’t get his committee to agree to anything.

House Democrats censure Congressman Wilson while ignoring much more serious violations from their side of the aisle and look like petty partisans who have zero problem with abusing their power.

The Senate Majority Leader makes an utter fool of himself.

The House still looks like it’s still not even close to having the votes to pass Obamacare.

Did I miss anything?

David had a weapon and an army at his back (even if it was afraid to fight until after he had defeated Goliath). The Old Testament prophets like Daniel, Elijah, and others, only had God’s message for the people. They proclaimed the truth to the peoples of Israel (and Judah). When the people listened, the nation prospered. When they did not listen, then the nation suffered. We are in the same position. The other side has the White House, Congress, many judges and the MSM. We have the TRUTH. It is up to us to preach it to the People.

David and Goliath. The people standing alone (though for me, with God), going against the Giant. No one believed David could take down the Philistine giant, but David had faith and in his simplicity he took him down. The people are going against a giant of built up oppression and potential tyranny, and we will take them down by our simple tools of knowledge, passion and words and faith.

BTW, “Go down Moses to Egypt’s Land, tell old Pharaoh to let my people go…” is one of my favorite spirituals.
