I am adding a Gadsen Flag, “Don’t Tread on Me” sticker to my car. I think anti-Obama is not exactly what I want. I want to support liberty and show there is a threat out there. We as conservatives need to stop censoring ourselves in public. The average jill will just assume everyone is hunky dory with Obamanania. BTW, I even see the Obama stickers on military bases.

That’s a good one. I like it. Thing is, with many actual occurrences here in the good ol’ USA, some of those enemies are from within (and I could care less about their party affiliation). That’s where a big portion of our problems lie. Those amongst us who are actively trying to subvert the freedoms, liberties and rights that afford you and everyone the ability to voice opinions.

Those folks are enemies of all of us…. Conservatives, Liberals, Republicans and Democrats who genuinely do love the country, but see things in different ways.

I’m pretty sure Americans are not actually fighting each other yet. The discussions are getting much louder, much more derisive and much more divisive, making it all that much more serious.

Unfortunately, I think the fighting is coming though at some level. My prediction is that whatever is going to happen will start at the border states and the real invasion that is underway from Mexico.

You may not know: I am at war with the culture that has developed here that seeks to shut down debate with libs via troll/moby labels. It seems many here come here only to seek out these people and hector about until they are banned.

I see them as opportunities to refute lib arguments and actually persuade on lookers.

I am especially repulsed at those that make analogies of words on a screen with “peeing” on the carpet, since actual pee smells bad and has to be cleaned up in reality.

One can always ignore one they deem unworthy of relies.

It is always an option to “deal” with words on a screen with walking away.

I simply have never understood this whole troll obsession. It strikes me as a wennie, coward activity engaged in by people that may have been bullied as a child and finally get to act tough. I am not accusing anyone in particular of this, but simply am at a loss to understand the culture here.

It could be that I am just ignorant. But after 5 years of blogging, I doubt it. I suspect that i may have something to teach, rather than learn on this matter.

You see, I have been in the persuasion business for 20+ years and have won jury trials I was told were impossible and won over voters for candidates thru debates.

I live to actually win, not have some oink glow of satisfaction at arbitrary orders in my house.

I also reject not just the bandwidth argument, but also the “credibility” argument, which ends up allowing regulars to be uncivil via a rule meant to impose civility. I admit I have been uncivil in the past as well.
