Retired Navy Lt. Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has filed a federal criminal complaint against Barack Obama in US District Court in Tennessee. Fitzpatrick has accused Obama of (among other things) “treason” and being a “foreign born domestic enemy”.
This writer’s opinion is that these kind of cases are just the tip of the iceberg and a flood of them is coming in the weeks and months ahead if Obama does not produce official documentation to answer the question, “where were you born?” This charade cannot go on much longer, Obama must open up his birth records for official inspection and quit attempting to pull the wool over the eyes of the American people with bogus images of official looking documents of unknown origin and a phalanx of lawyers working overtime to keep a lid on whatever lurks in his murky past.
WHAT are you attempting to hide Mr. Obama? Let us see it what ever it is; and let the chips fall where they may. The American people deserve have a right to know whether or not their President is fraud.

But he could easily end this by just producing the damn certificate, which makes people think there is a problem. Maybe they think that it just makes the opposition look silly and they like this. I would like this suit better if it was filed in Hawaii and caused a little uproar there.
The amazing thing is that if this was a Repub, no way would the MSM let go of it. (betcha never heard that statement before)

That said, I haven’t seen any evidence either way (because it hasn’t been released) on his birthplace. And I never have known where the grandmother story came from (lack of research, I suppose). Was this statement on film or recorded? or was it hearsay from someone?
I am all for having fun with a good little conspiracy theory, however, until something is released from the state of Hawaii (the governor said they have the records), my assumption will remain he was born there. And yes, I believe he lies constantly and wouldn’t take his word for much.

No disrespect, but 2 seconds of research pulled up a published news report and a PA former Asst AG that questions O’s origins. There were also lawsuits in Utah and Washington State, as well as the PA one.
There were several news outlets that reported the grandmother’s comments.
A half sister gave interviews to two different papers saying BO was born in two different hospitals in Hawaii.
I recall hearing news accounts at the time the story was reported, but I don’t mind pulling up a reference (or a dozen )if needed.
Granny’s comments seem to have been substantiated,
Obey’s place of birth has not.
The long form Birth certificate includes Dr and witnesses to birth and the like.
The internet short form appears to be a mediocre photoshop job.
(They should have gotten a RedStater to do it . They do first rate Photoshop.)

Don’t assume if you haven’t heard it, it must not be true.That is a dangerous position and doesn’t help advance the cause. By the same token if you can substantiate something here as inaccurate, by all means, do. Just be sure of your references, there are some very good researchers on RS.
I do not know where BO was born for certain. I do know for certain that the information furnished by the DNC to date is suspect.

What I do know is that every lawsuit so far has failed for either lack of standing (which I thought was specious) or for lack of evidence. I suspect the same thing will happen in Tenn.
That said I went to the link you provided and found this: The Times Herald even reports: “the senator’s grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama’s birth in the African country.” Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family ‘believe’ he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama’s Truth Squad?).
Yet still, no facts on his birthplace. Secondly, most of this articles information comes from Philip J. Berg, who is also a 9/11 truther, so I wouldn’t much give him much credence (I am also a good researcher). Thirdly, I would have to see someone trustworthy who speaks Kenyan to buy the link story.
Finally, no disrespect taken, as I stated outright, my lack of research on the grandmother story for that first comment. I don’t believe the b/c Obama posted is legit, so I am going to stick with my original comment title, IF HE WANTS THIS TO GO AWAY HE CAN CLEAR IT UP IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES. If he doesn’t, questions will remain.

There were around another half dozen suits. I suspect they will suffer the same fate, and we will get no answers at this time.
Heck, there are reportedly still Clinton charges out that have been put off by legal finagling for years, although haven’t looked at that lately. That one is , as it says on the back of your paycheck, subject to verification. And I’m not interested in researching the Clintons right now, causes irriiitibility and stomach acid to think about that pair too much.
