He did anyway, I emailed again, pissed and moaned and got a sad response about how he likes give the sitting president the leeway of his choices of assistants, yada yada yada... I thought, really Dick, you dick, even if that means establishing a shadow, socialistic government....Lugar was one of 5 republicans and voinavich was 1, someone in Utah, and of course our two non republicans in Maine.
