This Congress isn’t over, yet. I predict that these dirtballs are going to pass something that makes Shamnesty look like a Conservative ploy to keep illegals out of the country. That will lock in any “Hispanic” sounding Congress-critter.

The politics of racial division are still owned lock, stock, and barrel by the ‘Rats, because the GOP is too chicken and stupid to stop their BS. 2010 is a long way off with this crowd. There is plenty of time to buy more votes.

He usually wins with 60+ percent of the vote – even with decent candidates running against him…I actually voted for him – know him personally and the R that was running was worthless IMHO.

the problem is our district is cutting through 3 counties, lots of constituencies – and he bills himself as a friend to farmers (big voting coalition in these parts). He was supposed to be at a farm bureau meeting this past Tuesday (In Stanislaus County), I am now going to have to find out if he just sent a representative.

I received the standard form letter after my call against HR 3200 – I will post some of the better passages when I get home, but it was basically about how many here go without healthcare.

It doesn’t surprise me that he is staying away – there are definitely quite a few people irked (trying to be polite) about his votes on stimulus and cap&tax…

Bottom line – I have some work to do for whomever is running against him!

Here’s why:

• If I don’t see angry voters, they don’t exist.
• They’ll forget about my nationalized heath care vote when I spend the electoral season showering the district with ads featuring “Bush Lied!” and the “Bush Economy!”

Being the right wing extremist rabble rouser that I am (not)—–am trying to get my fellow Lake Co IL patriots to have a townhall and invite her. In case she doesn’t accept our invite—-we could have a poster of her and her bosses: Pelosi, Reid and Obama. Senator Webb (D-VA) ran all the way to Asia to avoid voters in Virginia. He’s using his position as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific affairs to visit five Asian countries over a 2 week period. He did secure the release of an American held prisoner in Myanmar, releiving the State Department of this taxing duty. His office has no word on whether he plans to hold any kind of public conversation on health care upon his return.

Senator Warner is hiding in friendly zones by appearing on MSNBC, CNBC, ABC. He’s cowering behind behind telephone town halls and Twitter. Give me a break. SHOW YOUR FACES!!!

He’s my congress-critter (sad to say), and I’m not at all surprised about this news. Last week his office sent out an email to his district which signed up on his mailing list indicating his position on the Healthcare Legislation. This was a waste of electrons….we all know how he will vote on this bill. The district has several “liberal” areas including Merced (UC Merced…need I say more?), and Modesto…these are the areas that keep a liberal like him in place (example: Gary Condit). He prides himself as the go-between the so-called “Blue Dogs” and Princess Pelosi, than secondly represent the district, (citing recent article in The Hill extolling Cardoza’s virtues as a conduit between her highness and surfs in the “Blue Dog” wing of the party). He call’s himself a blue-dog, but votes for every liberal/big spending bill that comes along (the Porkulus bill, Cap and Trade, etc.), and supports all union positions. I think, no matter the cost, he will vote for the Healthcare legislation…he needs to do this to keep in good standing with the Hispanic vote (a big constituent group in the district), the unions, and his relationship with Pelosi
