In watching CSPAN, which I never thought I would end up watching instead of Fox News, I laughed at the dolt Waxman. After Boehner finished 'skimming' the 300 page addition, Waxman asked if the Speaker would confirm how long his allotted time was. He said it was supposed to be a minute. Then the speaker (not Pelosi) stated that Boehner spoke in the proper amount of time allowed for the minority leader. The shouts and hurrahs for Boehner was great!
