I couldn’t have come close to saying it as well as you.

A general observation: Why are posts here so much insightful and intelligent than those at Kos?

I was listening to the “Ron Reagan” show on Air America and there was a substitute woman host who went on and on and on about her battles with her health insurer. I wanted to jump out the window after listening for 3 minutes.

No wonder no listens to liberal talk shows or Keith.

The world wasn’t fitting their world-view, and, thinking they acutally had the disposal of an audience to shape, and they have authority where they actually have none, they began to over-reach for an ideal that’s not really ideal, or attainable, or even good. They get frustrated with the results, even sucesses aren’t complete enough. They push harder and louder, and butt up against the same problem with their ideals, which remain immutably bad. The pressure increases, and something has to give. Too much is invested psychologically and emotionally at this point. These people can never, I repeat never, admit they’re wrong, can never apologize, or what audience that remains will disappear.

A lot of actors and actresses who live in and get rich on fantasy and ideal worlds have precisely the same problem. They are to be pitied at the very first, ridiculed next, but never ignored completely, for they can do great damage in an incendiary way. Like get someone like Obama into office on a lot of charismatic guff. Only after they face reality and give up or apologize should payment come: to be ignored, dimissed, forsaken. To paraphrase Kipling, the wages of delusion is isolation.

Payment is already coming. Can’t find honorable men for his cabinet, can’t magically charm people who are losing all their wealth and money, can’t claim his race as a hindrance anymore, can’t even find answers from those people who were clever enough to get him into the Big Chair.

Or bottom-of-the-barrel ratings.

This can’t possibly be the ‘worst thing’ ever said about this clown. I can’t watch him anymore and find MSNBC a ridiculous caricature of a ‘news’ stattion. It is similar to the “Daily show” but meant to be serious. I find both of them not worth any time.

Frankly, I thought Ann Coulter was being kind to him.

His worst people in the world consist almost exclusively of journalists on one competing news channel, His world must be much smaller than most people’s. And I do mean “smaller” in the way most men take it.

His top three worst-in-the-world people seem to never include terrorists, dictators, murderers, arsons, theives, rapists, child-molesters or democrats. However, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Ann Coulter make the list regularly.

Something’s a little off in his view of his world and the people who occupy it. Can we call it myopic?

While I’m griping about the jerk. Could he ever have the guts to have a guest who isn’t a syncophant. He is so insecure he will not have a guest on his show with whom he might slightly disagree. Every one of his guests nods their head in agreement while Keith pontificates and then he returns the favor as they spew.

Obermann likes what he does. He thinks this is what people want to see, although his ratings prove otherwise. But, Liberals would just say they don’t watch the gyrations of ratings on a daily basis. These rants are meaniless and benifit our cause, because it shows how loony the Left truly is.
