Are you or are you not assuming that the Iraq war would be funded at 2008 levels for the next ten years? Is that or is that not a reasonable, responsible budgetary forecast? Are you or are you not characterizing money not spent based on that unreasonable, irresponsible forecast as ‘savings’, and trying to claim political credit for it?”
