But regardless, the fact that the Obama Admin is going to use the TARP funds to bailout municipalities is troubling none the less. By the way, since Geithner is the man who actually created the TARP program, even though Paulson sold it to congress, and Geithner is Obama's economic guy, I think it is safe to say that TARP is Obama's not Bush's.
