Can Someone Get Biden a Map?

Joe Biden appeared did an interview with local Grand Junction, Colorado’s Channel 11, to talk about his swing through the state. In the interview, he mentioned that he would be traveling “very close to Grand Junction,” although he wasn’t sure exactly how close (starting at the 2:52 mark):

The closest Biden will come on his 4 city tour (according to the Washington Post) is about 260 miles away.

A glass-half-full type of guy would say that Biden got it dead-on when he said that he wouldn’t exactly be in Grand Junction. A pessimist would say that Biden’s a terrible representative to send to Colorado if you want the voters to think that he and Barack Obama understand the state.

Yeah, but did you know McCain wants to give away all our water?

That’s the latest TV commercial playing here over and over.

I’m surprised Biden can find his way home every day. It’s probably why he takes the train to and from work.

Not dumb

Of all the dumb things Slow Joe says, this is hardly one of them. I found it remarkably political and restrained.

Oh, you're being way too hard on him, Brian...

You need to let up, uh, I think, uh, after all, that news reporter appears to have been trying to trick him! I mean, c’mon: she is, after all, FEMALE; her speech kind of, hmm…campy, maybe? And does anyone know if she went to college? She probably has a bunch of kids at home, and appears to have a relatively happy affect…I don’t know, she’s probably resentful that among other things, his medical coverage–paid for by the U.S. taxpayer–is SET FOR LIFE. Really, I think she is trying to be subversive and trick him into looking like a complete idiot, so go easy, huh?

I AM (very disappointed) JOE

Oh she went to college

But it was a public school and well she went to community college. We all know that the books are different at the ivies and haughty private schools. The words are more…expensive.

What would happen if Sarah Palin made this mistake?

Yes...remarkably restrained.

Must have medicated his teeth with Gritalin. Hope it works, or Obama’s gonna make him wear a ball gag.

There’s some Pulp Fiction for you, $peciallist…and sorry, Aaron…no pictures with this one.

I don’t know, that water ad just about has me convinced! I lay awake for hours at night wondering what sinister plans the GOP has for my water!

Excellent comment. I thought she was great in the beginning, interrupting about having the economy dependent on oil and natural gas industry. These Dems are not used to being cross-examined. (Of course, as defendants they usually don’t take the stand.)

I thought the Joe-the-plumber critics were basically saying: Joe will get a tax cut. Why would he care about the other people? Dems cannot figure out why anyone would be interested in anyone other than themselves.
