&lt;p&gt;And, if companies had their leases and everything in order to push through as many as they can, there is at least a shot to get something in there. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Plus, public support for this is huge. The pressure would be tremendous to undo this...not saying they won&#039;t try and it won&#039;t happen, but you have to have some faith somewhere at sometime. &lt;/p&gt;
