The blatant antisemitism of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) has finally reached a boiling point for many in the Jewish community and caused them to hold a rally in Times Square in New York City on Monday.

According to former NY State Assemblyman and founder of Americans Against Antisemitism, Dov Hikind, hundreds gathered in the heart of New York to call for the removal of Ilhan Omar, noting in his tweet that if she’s not removed and Jewish representatives remain silent, then she’ll only become a bigger problem in 2020.

This was accompanied with a video of the gathered crowd chanting “Omar must go” with Hikind.

According to the Jerusalem Post, the rally was organized by New York native and activist Joe Diamond.

“In my lifetime, I cannot think of any other politician who presents a bigger threat to the alliance between the U.S. and Israel and to America’s Jews,” Diamond told the Jerusalem Post. “This woman is an ardent antisemite, and she doesn’t even try to hide it.”

“Ilhan and her clique are well aware of what we are doing,” he added. “And we’re not done. Everyone left really energized – ready to do whatever must be done next.”

Here is an extended video of the event.

Omar has indeed done enough to cause the Jewish community in American and Israel worry. Not only has she repeatedly spoken out against Israel and made rash accusations against the Jewish state, but she has also aligned herself with organizations and people connected with terrorist groups like Hamas.

Omar also downplayed the most deadly attacks by terrorists on American soil in recent history, stirring no shortage of uproar and making those ponder how she would be of any help should another attack on American soil occur.
