Call their bluff - when they cry racism, turn it around quickly and ask them, "If it weren't racist, how would you respond?" When they begin sputtering, then play the "Say Uno and walk away" tactic. So much more fun to see the inability to answer before seeing the confusion on their face as they think, "What does Uno mean, anyway?" Seriously, this is a good idea.
