Why does “Skip” Gates hate American workers?

It looks like beer blast at the White House is a go.

So here’s the breakdown for the Obama-Gates-Crowley happy hour:
Obama: Budweiser
Crowley: Blue Moon
Gates: Red Stripe or Beck’s

Obama makes a politically safe choice.

Crowley chooses a Coors beeyah but hey at least it’s domestic.

Gates wants nothing to do with any beer made in the good ole USA.

It’s like how lots of the Govt Motors cars and trucks sold here are made in Mexico or Canada. Pretend like you’re buying American even if you’re really not.

but so is Miller and Coors. Both are owned by foreign companies(SAB and Molson) so they are anti-american too.

Golden, Colorado. Started by German immigrant Adolph Coors, a long, long time ago. I guess I missed that they had sold themselves to Molson. We have so many companies that keep the brand name, but are no longer American at all. The Singer Sewing Co. Sunbeam appliances and Schwinn bicycles are a few that come to mind.

We make shoes(New Balance makes a lot shoes here in the US) and I’m sure there are other things we still make. All of this killing off car companies should have help in restarting them and making them better.

… since Professor Gates, Sgt. James Crowley and Obama are all of Irish hertiage/descent. According to ABC News, Gates is “Half-Irish” and distantly “related to cop who arrested him.” The article cites Obama as another famous african-american with Irish hertiage. So in honor Obama’s resolve to gloss over this incident and find common ground, perhaps they ought to all bond over their common heritage and linage with a pint of Guinness.

Then again, Sgt. Crowley will probably have to choke down enough BS when he meets with them. He may not want his beer to be as stout and thick as a Guinness.
