What the critics don’t see is that Obama’s loss on the Olympics is America’s loss. Any red-blooded American who loves to see the American flag raised and the national anthem played when one of our own wins a gold medal should blast the Republicans’ giddiness over the loss.

Really?   So since the Olympics aren’t held in Chicago, when American athletes win gold medals, the Star Spangled Banner will not be played for them as the American flag is raised.   Last i checked, that happens no matter where the Olympics will be held.  Rio De Janero will be no exception.

Roland shows just what a dunce he is.   You see, winning an olympic bid for this country is not as important to those of us that agree with Erick’s writings.  Listening to our commanders and winning wars is much more important.   I do understand that many people equate athletics to “Going to war”.   But….  It’s not, and it never will be.

So Mr. Roland, perhaps you can take off your rose colored glasses, and realize this….   The President of the United States of America has spent more time trying to schmooze a committee that has no interest in what he says than he did speaking with a Military commander during a time of war.   A commander that is simply asking for the men and munitions he believes will win the war with which he has been tasked with winning, and bringing home as many of the soldiers that serve under him as possible.

But don’t worry Roland.  You can always say “It’s Bushs fault” when you realize that Erick is actually hoping for this country to win.  It’s just not the olympics that he’s concerned with.   It’s the war.

P.S.   Bush listened to his commanders and won the war in Iraq because of it.   Despite Senator Obama’s votes to prevent that from happening.
