That is terrorist killed soldiers who help uphold our rights as well as his own to a fair trial is heart wrenching and ironic considering the criticism his lawyers will face for defending him. He will be tried by a jury of his peers under the USMJ( I hope) instead of in the federal court system because he needs to be stripped our all rank and privileges in addition to any other sentence. I'm sure the verdict will be guilty, but no matter the sentence he will ultimately end up in the same place as disgraces Mcveigh and others. these men are doing what their duty.
