		<description>these men are doing what their duty.  That is terrorist killed soldiers who help uphold our rights as well as his own to a fair trial is heart wrenching and ironic considering the criticism his lawyers will face for defending him.  He will be tried by a jury of his peers under the USMJ( I hope) instead of in the federal court system because he needs to be stripped our all rank and privileges in addition to any other sentence.  I&#039;m sure the verdict will be guilty, but no matter the sentence he will ultimately end up in the same place as disgraces Mcveigh and others.</description>
