“Too expensive”? Yes, that’s right.

“Doesn’t do enough to curb the rising cost of U.S. health care”? It does NOTHING to curb that cost. It CAN’T.

The fact that Representative Kosmas doesn’t recognize that fact or can’t express it is at the base of our national problems.
