Kicking those people just ends up making more work for me, and I don’t get paid to do this.

I’m not telling anybody what to do here: but I will say that the single worst thing that you can do to a progressive is ignore him. And I don’t mean pseudo-ignore; I mean ignore. I don’t read dKos on a regular basis. I don’t have to, frankly: they don’t have enough of a practical influence on actual political results to justify it (for that, you’re better off reading the main posts of OpenLeft, TPM, MyDD, and TalkLeft). Put another way: they’re not precisely relevant. They’re just big.
