Scope (Diary) Monday, March 22nd at 8:30AM EST (link)and talked about the lawsuit he is going to file. He is working in conjunction with some other states Attorneys General. He said it could take up to 2 or more years for this to make it through the court system, however, his first filing will be in Richmond VA, which fast tracks cases. He said it is the speediest court in the nation.
