He obviously doesn't understand that this medal is earned for bravery and is awarded, not won. But the larger point is that it took him two minutes of political speech before he referred to the shootings at Ft. Hood. It was all about him and following the teleprompter. This man has no respect for our military, our nation, or our way of life.
