How to defeat health care reform even if it passes; act now

This morning I finally figured a way to defeat this health care reform atrocity even if it passes in D.C. but it requires immediate action within the states.

Here’s how:
Each state needs immediate emergency legislation to prohibit within that state the collection of and remittance from levies created by any new federal legislation that further unconstitutionally infringes on states’ rights.

We need to contact our state legislators as quickly as possible.

Yeah, nullification

It’s been mentioned here at RedState before and is definitely worth doing.

But it has to be done state-by-state.
Virginia already has passed legislation to block Obamacare and about 20 other states have bills pending.

But it won’t help EVERY state, i.e. California, (my state), where the progressives actually beat Obama to the punch with our own HCR, even though the state is way too broke to pay for it.

2+2=4 dammit!

It is not actually nullification

Nullification is when a state or states will not comply with a tariff or treaty made into law by the federal government. This is more like the federal law called the Fugitive Slave Act. Northern states did not directly confront this federal law like nullification. Instead they had state governments that were simply uncooperative with folks coming up from the slave states to have their property returned.

The same kind of thing will be when people move to free states to be free of the slavery of obamacare. The only difference is the map will be exactly opposite of the free and the slave states back in the day.

which nullifies Obama-care. If anyone here lives in PA, call your state representatives. Everybody here, no matter what state you live in, needs to call their state representatives.
