The PA state budget is expected to pass with Republican approval because of the exclusion of a PIT (personal income tax) increase.  However, they are adding additional taxes to cigars and cultural tickets despite an admission that most people are against ANY kind of tax increase.  We still need to voice our opposition to this budget.  If you live in Pennsylvania, call both Republicans and conservative Democrats and let them know we’re watching them.
