With one of the biggest drivers of our economy in the dumper, someone (Herman Cain) needs to roll out a plan to address the backlog of homes currently on the market and the shadow inventory on the banks books. 

One idea—instead of throwing money down a hole by extending unemployment benefits at a cost of $257 billion of the $450 billion Obama wants, lets do this instead.

1.  Leverage the private investor with tax credits up to $100K on the first $1M in existing real estate inventory purchases and a cap of  $500K on $5M.   This allows more people to participate with good credit that is locked up in the bank looking for the next opportunity. (Now these are tax credits–dollar for dollar not tax deductions which are .28 cent on the dollar)

2.  Require that you must have an 85% occupancy level (renters) in order to receive the credits.

3.  Rinse and Repeat next year and sun-set the program after 4 years.

As it stands now the economy is in the doldums!  Unemployment above 9%, no energy policy, increased government debt, EPA regulations for social justice, NLRB for union thugs, 50% of the population paying no income tax, increased food stamp usage, 99 week unemployment benefits that will be extended, and the list goes ON.  America this is a Plague!!  It’s root cause is liberalism spread by President Obama and his minions!

The solution:

Vote Republican come election day and support only Tea Party candidates!

The Platform for The Cure:

a.  Repeal Obamacare

b.  Repeal Dodd-Frank

c. Repeal Sarbanes-Oxley

d. Enact the Fair Tax with a minor change of Privatizing Social Security with the existing payroll stucture for those under 45 years of age.

e.  Gut the EPA and roll it into the Interior Department.

f.  Allow coporations to repatriate all foreign profits to the US at a 2% tax rate

g.  Fire all union employees at the federal government and abolish all public sector unions at the federal level.  Have each employee reinterview for their jobs and take only 80% back.

h.  Slash all departments budgets with a zero based accounting budeting framework (ideally 15%)

i.  Indict Eric Holder and his cronies for Treason for Fast and Furious.

If we could get these things the plague would be lifted!

Now that we get the fine print from the debt reduction bill.  A SELECT committee will make the determination of what gets cut and what taxes get raised.  Is this not taxation without representation?????  If you are a conservative that voted no for the debt reduction bill you are excluded from the committee.  HOW ON EARTH did we let Congress abdicate its responsibility?  How will the American people get a SAY when power is concentrated in the hands of a FEW?????   Is this Constitutional???????

We have been sold down the river and now we will be pressed into serfdom via a committee that has no checks and balances from the American public.

Time for the TAR and FEATHERS!!!!!

Currently, President Obama is rolling up his sleeves this weekend; not to play golf but to work an a balanced approach to rasing the debt ceiling.  This is our opportunity to cook his goose.  He is already a little crispy but lets make sure he is Done!

The Plan:

Raise the debt by 2.4T or what ever number past the 2012 election but make it hard to spend.  Tie up appropriation bills for non-defence, non-entitlement spending until Obama presents his budget on paper.  Then pass appropriation bills with 25% less than fiscal year 2007′s budget in all other areas.  Second, freeze federal workers pay for 10 years and reduce current staffing levels by 15% in non-defence areas.  Third, stop all payments,  fund transfers, tax dollars for OBAMACARE.

Itemize these cuts in the budget and let President Obama justify to the American public the need for these things.  It would be fun to watch.

Remember, it’s not the Debt Ceiling, its the spending.  Just because we authorize an increase in the credit card balance does not mean we have to spend it.  We push hard on our Republicans to quell the spending then we can rasie the debt ceiling by $10T and it wont matter. 

We put President Obama in the spotlight to justify his spending line by line and let’s see what happens.  I bet he goes below 30% approval.
