Today I think we ought to have a brief pop-quiz essay test, since the news (not the MSM, but news I actually bother paying attention to…) is basically droning on about missiles and hispanic nominees. Both devastating developments. Since I am not a trained economist (an untrained one is all I can attest to being…), I need your help:
What “Means of Production” or “Sectors of the Economy” does the Federal Government lack control over?
I had a multiple choice list put together, but it seemed incomprehensive and elementary (I’m a sales guy/blogger – so my devotion to the details here is not all the way there), so I’m leaving this as an open ender…

djemi (Diary) Tuesday, May 26th at 1:26PM EST (link)With control over both sides of the banking/money supply equations the government has control over the economy as a whole, but the ecomony is we the people so I guess we have ultimate control on how we spend our money.

but what is new...
alexg (Diary) Tuesday, May 26th at 1:34PM EST (link)first of all, this is among my worst blog posts ever – weak imho.
I think most would agree that there’s an economic recovery somewhere out there – maybe now, maybe 10 years from now. Unless you think America is purely OVER, there’s likely to be an expansion in our future.
What’s troublesome is that barry now has tentacles holding not only the money supply (more strings attached than ever before in that department), but also in a myriad of other industries. e.g. -Real estate’s expansion will take a massive recovery in the private sector, but could be undone in minutes by barry & friends.
Will they come into a recovery holding all of the strings?
