Someone help me understand why DOJ would suggest something like this? Especially when one considers the labor force of Gibson facilities, at least the one in Memphis with which I’m familiar. Memphis is a majority black city and Gibson employs a lot of blacks. I’m sure they’d like to know Holder wants them in the unemployment line.

If this report is true, it is one of the most telling signs to date of the Obama regime’s global socialism. Huey Long’s socialism ended at the water’s edge; Obama’s does not.

On the consumption side, our gluttonous consumption of more than a quarter of the world’s oil, which is directly connected to our great standard of living and (until recently) prosperity, deprives the rest of the world of the economic opportunities that might result if we would move toward giving the other 97% of humanity a chance at a more equitable distribution of the world’s petroleum resources.

As conservatives, we of course believe that the solution to poverty around the world is to spread capitalism and the rule of law, rather than a socialist redistricution of wealth. The Obama regime, on the other hand, is the Kingfish on the global stage. Make sure November 6, 2012, is the beginning of the end of the error of Obama.

This is turning into an all too familiar scenario:
DOI screws up. DOI refuses to admit it. So, instead of backing down, the DOI simply starts to attack their victim, finding new fake charges to level. This will continue until the victim, overburdened by the cost of defending against the bottomless pockets of the DOI, signs off on a plea deal that includes giving up their right to sue over what has happened as well as giving up the right to tell their side of the story.

If Gibson broke some trade laws in using wood from overseas then fine them.

But wait… Obama’s Competitive Jobs Czar (CEO Imelt) is moving his jet engine factories to China, resulting in thousands of US workers losing their jobs while putting more Chinese to work. That doesnt even take into account GE moving its radiological & Imaging manufacturing over there, creating the loss of more US jobs. That’s by design! Worse yet,
1. USA BOEING will now have to compete against cheap Chinese labor creating unbalanced competition 2. BOEING has been blocked from moving their manufacturing to South Carolina, which is in the US and creating a few more jobs. 3. More US high tech military intel going to China! What is the rationale? Then you have Ford Motor company moving some of their manufacturing over to China… costing more US citizens to lose jobs. While these companies are not alone in moving jobs overseas, there is a reason for this. Yeah, Imelt was and will remain a staunch financial campaign contributor to Obama… but it’s things like more stringent EPA regulations and fees assessed on US businesses that are sending more and more US jobs overseas.

That still doesn’t address the DOJ leveraging Gibson to send their jobs overseas, but leaves more questions around Obamas appointments to agencies like the EPA, DOJ, BATFE, FCC etc. where his appointee’s are having so much control over our countries future. Is that what then Sen. Obama meant by “fundamentally transforming” our country?

This is outright gangsters, forcing their way on the non-union work shops. Who does Holder think he is, God?

This second article also alleges that Gibson’s top exectives are republican donors and Chris Martin, owner of Martin Guitar–a Gibson competitor which uses also uses east Indian rosewood but which US DOJ hasn’t raided–is a democrat donor.

When you read an article like this it makes you wonder how any one could vote for BHO and his administration full of socialist democrats. Why do we have a Black Caucus? If we had a White Caucus then it would be considered racist? Why is the Black Caucus not being called racist? Why can’t the American people can not see this? First, the DOJ sends armed agents to terrorize an American small business for importing some special wood from India which even the Indian government had not made any complaint about. And even Obama has said that small businesses are the main engines of our economy, which, if you hadn’t noticed lately, Mr. President, is still lagging.

And now the DOJ advises that business to ship its jobs overseas to stay out of trouble? No wonder the Obama Administration doesn’t know how to create any jobs here in America, while Holder’s DOJ picks and chooses which laws it will enforce and Obama’s jobs czar, GE CEO Jeff Immelt, has GE avoid paying any taxes on $50 million in profits, has Obama’s EPA-preferred CFLs made in China, and has sent GE’s whole healthcare unit, and the jobs associated with it, also to China.
