This is … something alright. At first I couldn’t tell if CNN was lightly mocking, or if someone there gave in a bit too much to their own emotions, but it was certainly surprising to see it come across their Twitter feed this morning. The music and the drama are pretty thick. Take a look:

I mean … that ending.

The “coming together” of the country people always talk about after an election rarely really happens. It’s probably going to not really happen even more this go round. There are people who are really afraid and really devastated. That’s true whether one thinks their fears are groundless or not. Their feelings are going to be expressed, and indulged, pretty loudly and pretty quickly.

Strange days ahead.
