Just before this exchange Biden is asked a question from a viewer:

“How is the stimulus package going to help small business?”

His only response is to have the small business owners call his office. EXCUSE ME!?! Why can’t you tell me on national television how you’re going to help small business?!?! Building a bridge across the creek is not going to stimulate small business!

This is why the GOP keeps losing, it’s obvious how smart democrats are; that they think in IP addresses.

They only came up with “web addresses” to make it easier for the rest of us.

If the economy does turn around and pave the way for 2 obama terms, i can only imagine the Biden, a la Gore gaffes to come.
