I have heard that the number of States that have pending legislation is 20+, but still haven’t found a link to substantiate that….Your link does confirm at least 8 making a go of it.

but I couldn’t find the links I needed to substantiate it.

I heard on Glenn Beck, I think, that 20+ State legislatures have pending legislation that would recognize states rights wrt the 9th and 10th amendments. The language contained would put the Federal government in the position of having broke the contract of the Constitution, thus nullifying the Union.

This is all in response to the stimulus.

This is not a good situation, I don’t want civil war, but I also don’t want Socialism in America. It is going to be an interesting four years either way.
